Craigslist is a great place for buyers because you can always haggle with cash in hand. In a sellers point of view be ready to sell your car for a couple hundred dollars less or even thousands. Or you can post your cars for a little more to let it go for a fair price.
Ebay is great site to sell your cars. You get the true market value and once they've bid they are commited to buy. It doesn't take a lot of time out of your day.
Good Luck.

I sold a car before in E-bay and i did well. E-bay is a good platform because it is well known in the motors space and you get good traffic. It also has great features for you to display the qualities of the car. I have also used cars.com in the past with good results, although not as fast as e-bay. It really depends on how fast you want to sell and how flexible you are with the pricing

www.autotrader.com is good if you had a popular car that is very searched. You can also park in commercial areas near the street , big supermarket, not for a long time, but places where people drive by and can see your car.

If you are in southern california try a company called cashforusedcarssocal.com. It is a alternative to craigslist if you want to quickly sell your car and not have to show it to strangers constantly until one buys it. Fair prices and fast service. Good luck with your sale.

You should like put your car in your driveway or like a parking lot on a busy street with a for sale sign. Then someone could like see it and call you. Make sure you put your phone number or email address in case they want to like contact you.
