It should be : "Haben Sie keine angst." In english is easy to translate since both come from a common origin.
It means: "have no fear"

Have no fear or don't be afraid.

And for the person who said it should be Haben Sie keine angst, that is not correct. This is like someone telling you to do something and there is the informal version (the one you asked about) and the formal version (the way they typed it). Typically you would use the informal version with someone you know well or someone who is your age or younger. You would use the formal with strangers or people older than you. It's a form of respect.

It is German, and it should be: Ich hab keine angst, meaning I have a little sadness, or, I'm a little bit down.
Whoops! I goofed. Kleine means a little. Keine means none. It means: I'm not nervous.
If you're telling someone else not to be afraid, it's : Hast keine angst.

Don't be scared. It's shorter because much like the English language, you can kinda cut some words a bit short and stll get the message across.

It means: "Don't be afraid" in German.
When somebody says this to you, maybe there IS reason to be afraid?
