NO! It can make you get even bigger!
I heard that piece of nonsense sometime back and that's what I did. I ate lots of it and instead of losing pounds, I gained them instead.
But then again, I have done overdone it. You can test it if you want, hehe.
But so far, eating vegetables and drinking the prescribed # of glasses of water will help you lose weight.
That's what I'm doing now. And I've lost 10 lbs in 8 months. I know, that was too long. But it's effective. Even when I binged (which I do a lot) I still kept losing weight, slowly but surely.
Goodluck!

Yogurt is really good for you as far as your digestive tract, constipation, bowel diseases, and it fights against harmful bacteria in the stomach. It's good for you in all these ways, and it tastes good too, but as far as losing weight with it?
It's excellent for you as a snack inbetween meals and with fruit in it, with dry cereals, I always recommend it, because if you're snacking on this, you won't be snacking on something else, and it's low in calories and fats, very low. I hope this answers your question.........

It depends on how much you eat. Realize it is full of sugar and sugar turns to fat.
