Because Red Bull is a brand name like Pepsi, not a description of the drink's color.
Its like why do they call lemonade, lemonade when its not a yellow colour its clear.
SAME THING ITS NOT WHATS IN THE CAN/BOTTLE ITS JUST A NAME.

because it has taurine in it and taurine is from the gallbladder (bile) of a bull. Supposed to be energizing
