Pain the lower right side could be apendicitis, but since you describe a situation where you may have injured yourself, that could be a pulled muscle, a hernia, or a dislocated joint. I suppose ruptured appendix is one other possibility, and in that case, it's quite serious. Does the pain subside when you put ice on it? If the pain is severe, don't take chances. Go to the ER.

I cant tell you what can be wrong. You could hace pulled a muscle but you should really see a doctor and meanwhile get some pain killers for the pain. The sooner you know whats really wrong the better because it could get worse without proper treatment. I hope you be OK. Take my advice and good luck!

Certainly don't strip the area and e-mail the pics to the guy who says he's a doctor! Ask your doctor!

Anytime you have pain in your lower right side you should go to the emergency room. Appendicitis is nothing to mess with.

You need to ask a physician. Lots of things are located around your pelvis.
