Unless she is a habitual expensive purse buyer, I would say no.
I think all women secretly have a dream of buying expensive designer purses. Just like most men like flashy cars, we feel like a nice expensive bag is a little way to set ourselves apart. If she won the money, and it was her's to spend, I think she made a great decision. Really-when else would she have money that she could justify spending so frivolously.
I'd never buy myself an expensive bag, but when my soon to be mother-in-law offered me one, you better believe I jumped on that boat.

THAT DEPENDS, IF SHE BOUGHT THE PURSE BECAUSE WINNING THE PRIZE MONEY MENT, SHE HAD EXTRA CASH AND COULD SPLURGE, THEN WHAT THE HELL!! WHY NOT BUY THAT ONCE IN A LIFETIME THING THAT YOU NEVER THOUGHT YOU WOULD HAVE, AND TO GET IT WITH THE MONEY YOU THOUGHT YOU WOULD NEVER GET. ON THE OTHER HAND IF SHE HAD ALOT OF MONEY AND SPENDING 350 MENT NOTHING TO HER WELL THEN SHE IS WELL LETS SAY, LEAVE HER FOR A MORE HUMBLE WOMAN

I could see you being upset if she'd won $25,000 and spent that on a purse, but really, what else could she have done that would be more humble? Give it to a bum? It's not like it was a mortgage payment.

thats only a question you can answer. If your with someone that is into material things, and you don't agree, then why are you with her?
Just take it as a hint on her values, and if you want to go with that, then go, if not, then move on.
The point is, no matter what other qualities you see in her, she is still materialistic, just take that into consideration. Will you always be able to provide for her? Will you be able to get a job to support that? Hey you decide.

It's her $. I think it's ok. It would be different if she had a party and you didn't get invited or something. Mayhe you should sit down with her and explain that you would've spent it differently ( on her ?), if you had won the $ ?

Ebay, without doubt. I would not be so definite that your female friend would possibly not uncover out. The moment that she has a buddy who notices it is a knock-off, she is going to uncover out. I'm now not telling you not to do it, however do not be amazed if she figures it out.
