NO! Here are the reasons>
#1. I have never bought a bottle of wine w/ a "cap".
#2. What idiot wouldn't notice that there's no foil on the neck
when they go to open the wine bottle.
#3. An experienced wine drinker would never make that mistake.

Never bought capped wine!!!
Might I recommend Trader Joe's $1.99 Charles Shaw wines if you have that store in your area? It's quite good, comes in a variety of types. It has a cork as all wine should.
(did the corkscrew take the cap off?)

I have but the cap went down the bottle. But like i did not give a f*ck. So like I won't drink some parts of the left over cap I got a (um i forgot whats it called in english but like you put things in it to like take the water out) well anyways I would use that every time I was going to drink some more.

I don't think I've ever done that as I do not open many wine bottles, but it does sound like something I would do! :)

Close, I have driven 10 miles to town for a bottle opener for a bottle that had a screw on lid! It will never happen again, I can tell you that!

usually, people who drink MadDog 20/20 or Boone's Farm Strawberry don't actually own a corkscrew.... funny how that happens to you.

I didn't but my boyfriend and his friend tried. One of them held the cork screw and the other held the bottle and both started pulling on them. It made a mess.
