Isn't there a Harris-Teeter on Capital Blvd? That'll save you a lot of money but get you the same thing.

You could probably get them for free from places that have lots of them, like funeral homes if you asked, or say florists. I took rose petals, boiled them down & rolled them into scented beads. Also got wild roses & made rose hips tea.
