I love cheese. Not the type that doesn't come from cows and goats etc. though. I've got some Stilton with apricots at the moment. I love stilton with strawberries but have only seen it the once. I love blue cheese also but mainly on digestives. (The sweetness of digestives makes it awesome.) Went to Cornwall or Devon once and tried some 9 month old Garlc cheddar and got some Scrumpy. Cheese is sooo Good! Jarlsberg. Jarlsberg is a type of Swiss Cheese that tastes dryer than normal Swiss and also is more Yellow in Color.
