I love cheese. Not the type that doesn't come from cows and goats etc. though. I've got some Stilton with apricots at the moment. I love stilton with strawberries but have only seen it the once. I love blue cheese also but mainly on digestives. (The sweetness of digestives makes it awesome.) Went to Cornwall or Devon once and tried some 9 month old Garlc cheddar and got some Scrumpy. To die for...

Cheese is sooo Good! Jarlsberg. Jarlsberg is a type of Swiss Cheese that tastes dryer than normal Swiss and also is more Yellow in Color.

Yum! Old Cheddar, Baby Swiss, Jarlsburg, Gouda, Gjetost, all are favorites. I'm a true Wisconsin cheesehead!

I especially like: fresh mozzarella cheese (made with buffalo's or cow's milk), swiss cheese, parmesan cheese, scamorza, and feta cheese.
