You don't have to make a mess. Buy some cupcake liners. Then all you should have is a dirty bowl, the mixer blade and maybe a spoon....that's it. I put in cupcake liners and use a gravy ladle to scoop the batter into the paper liners. Its a cinch! Have fun!

Mix all the ingredients in a large zip-loc baggie. Put cupcake cups in the pan so there won't be any batter on the pan.

Cut a small hole in the corner of the baggie, and gently squirt batter into each cup. Fill 1/2 way, so they dont rise over the top of the paper cups.

Do the same with the frosting. Make the people eat them outside.

No mess.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a gallon freezer bag. When thoroughly mixedseal the bag removing as much air as possible. Cut a corner (1/2") off the bag and use it like a pastry bag to pipe the batter into the muffin cups or tin. Use a clip to seal the corner between batches if necessary. Discard the bag when finished.
