I mean they have accents and other symbols, so how can they have the same keyboards? Right?

Hi, yes of course keyboards are slightly different, you can change your own keyboard, or the way it behaves also in settings

Of course they don't. Not only the accents and symbols, but you also have to take into account that the US/English Keyboard was developed based upon the FREQUENCE of the letters in use.
