If you are 13 you have access to all the local sports centres and the like.
Look at your diet, bin anything processed. Get more active. Attend circuit training classes. Join the school teams.
Don't get obsessed by your appearance, your weight is not everything.

Get moving, run, skate, swim, dance, walk, ride a bike, play a sport. Turn the TV off. Eat healthy... no junk, lots of fruits and vegetables. Perhaps organize a weight loss club at your school, I'm sure you are not alone. Don't give up.

Eat healthily, exercise, i dont think you are terribly overweight are you? You just need to make sure that your bone structure and your weight match. People say that is a myth but it isnt. Some people will never make Kate Moss weight ( me being one!!). Eat well, drink lots of water, dont smoke (false feeling and bad for health) eat small meals, and accept yourself for what you are. Personality is a killer - if you have that in spades - well what ever your weight - you are sorted!! You are a georgous babe - thats what!

Speak to your mother!!! If she thinks you need to lose weight (highly unlikely), she should take you to the doctors for their opinion first. If your doc agrees, then find something like Weightwatchers in your area, as they will not only help you lose weight (if that's what's needed) but will teach you about food and how to eat healthily.
Personally, I think you should take up some regular exercise, cut down on 'bad' foods - you know what they are and enjoy life!!!

you don't need to lose weight unless you're unhappy as you are, don't let other people make you feel bad about who you are.
but if you really are serious about losing weight, I definetly suggest excercise like jogging, running or even biking, and if you're self esteem is low, there are ways of doing that in privacy, like buying cheap excercise bike, or running up and down the stairs all day, as long as it works, it's okay.

Thats not heavy! Don't worry too much about your weight when you're still growing. Do you actually look fat? How tall are you? 7.9 stone doesn't sound heavy...unless you're a dwarf..sorry,I mean 'vertically challenged'.
