Yes, there is an EXTREME amount of rape amoung the women prisoners & you don't hear much about it because it is so violent & brutal. This is why you won't see any cleaning supplies or tools out of a locked area. Women can do some mean & NASTY things to one another & it has NOTHING to do with being a Lesbian. It has everything to do with survival. Pure & simple. Most females do not "rape", they VIOLATE other women in order to make a point with the rest of the prisoners, saying "I'm crazy & if you fu*k with me, you'll be my next victim!"

Actually, straight men usually rape other straight men in prison. I'm not really sure if this is going on in women's prisons.

I'm sure there is, but the real question should be "What constitutes female on female rape?" I mean, with men and women (and even men with other men) it's pretty obvious when someone is raped. But with women, who actually does the 'raping'? If the rapist is the one who wants to get satisfied, how would she go about that? Perhaps forcing anothers hand or head, or a makeshift 'strap-on'..... Strange.

Yes there is
There is actually a court case, can't remember the name where a female inmate escaped prison and her defense was to avoid lesbian attack and that she had two choices f**k or flee.

hmm. i wonder. that's a very good question. i wouldn't know since i've never been to a female prison before. i've never even been to a male prison before. but yeah, interesting question. maybe they do. im pretty sure they do actually. it's human nature.

Rape is rape no matter who is "behind it". Yes, rape is abundant in all prisons. Anal rape is refered to as sodomy. In many states, even voulentary anal intercouse is illegal.
