Phil Baroni in Pride being in Hammer house with Coleman and Kevin Randleman he has really good training. He trains his 'new york bad' *** off. So far he has lost to Misaki by decision and "The punk" Minowa. He beat Yuki Kondo by KO and I also in first match with Minowa he won by tko. He is doing alright. Nothing impressive. He does the ground and pound and he is kind of slow standing up because all that muscle he has packed. Just wants to get the fight over with Coleman style. Lay and pray or ground and pound.

It's helped him somewhat. Most UFC fighters such as Franklin, Tanner, GSP, Hughes will beat him no problem.
