Failing a massive die off by H Sapiens, Creating the largest possible "NO-HUMANS" zones would have to do.

Maybe leave Antarctica for introduced species to run wild in once it warms up due to global warming.

There has also been serious talk about reintroducing ice age fauna to parts of western North America and the Kamchatka peninsula in Russia, creating a kind of "Pleistocene park"

It may sound shocking to you, but the best solution to your question is to reduce the population of the Homo Sapien species. This would allow thousands of species to reclaim vital ecological niches and to repopulate these respective areas.
Otherwise, the Homo Sapien species will continue its exponential population rise which will inevitably kick in nature's defense mechanism when a species exceeds its carrying capacity in a respective niche. This will lead to warfare, famine, disease, and a population exodus, perhaps to another planet where the cycle will be repeated.
Sincerely,
