I started WW in Feb of 04' and I lost 60 lbs in 6 months. It was hard at first, but it became a habit with time. Unfortunatly, I got kinda side tracked and got pregnant, which caused me to gain 40lbs of it back. I would recommend WW to anyone because it really does work. I've never felt so good in my life as I did after I lost 60lbs. You can eat whatever you want, but in moderation. I'd say the hardest part is staying motivated and eating just one portion of something opposed to like 2 or 3 portions.

Oh, and I lost 7lbs my first week. :)

I lost 24 Ibs with weight watchers...It took me a year to do...I lost 2 lbs my first week and a little over 5 lbs in the first month...the plateau is the hardest part...You hit a certain point where your body just doesn't want to lose weight anymore...

Personally I haven't, but my mom has been on it for a year and a half and she lost 150p, and she even backtracked on it for a couple months, where she wasn't following it properly!.

In her first week she lost 3 pounds, and the first month was around 10, it's not a rapid diet, it's a healthy lifestyle.

When I had tried the diet with her and I needed tips, I joined into the message boards at http://www.weightwatchers.com or http://www.weightwatchers.ca if you live in Canada! it's free to sign up!

Its a really great place to exchange tips and great recipes! from other users who are on the flex plan as well! try it out!

GOOD LUCK!!!

I lost 30+ pounds. I quit last year in July and regret it cause it is staying on it is what keeps you on track. I would love to do a Yahoo! Group or something with people instead of paying the big bucks to get back on track though.
