Does Egg's help soften your hair??

Does anyone know if eggs can soften your hair??
Or any other kind of food?

Why yes! Actually Eggs can soften your hair. How do I know you might ask? Well I use them all the time! I actually use organic hair mayoniase is my hair, (which eggs is the main ingredient) and then I add one egg to make the conditioner more intense. This stuff works wonders and is for all hair types! Check it out, you won't be disapointed.

Beaten eggs are good - they make your hair soft and shiny, but wash it out with cold water mixed with vinegar. If you use hot water you'll get scrambled eggs in your hair!

Mashed avocado is very good for making your hair soft (but a little more expensive).

Both treatments you can keep in your hair for 30mins then wash it out. You can also buy egg shampoo.

i have try ed it today
i took 2 eggs and a little bit of shampoo, that i put it an my hair lake a mask.
After 45 minutes I've washed my hair
the effect was splendid
my hair was shining....

i dont know about eggs but try honey and bananas.just mash the bananas really well thin ad the honey.leave in 30 min. it will make your hair really soft and smell good. or you can use yogert.

I don't know, but eating oatmeal does help your skin with blemishes. unfortunatally that doesn't include blackheads
