This question really just makes me shake my head and wonder why you wasted brain power thinking about this. You are related to your parents because your mother gave you 22 autosomes and so did your father. Adding that up makes the magical number for being called a human. Since you are a bi product of your parents, I can't see how you couldn't be related to them.

Okay, I'm a nerd/geek and I resemble your remark... but so what... live with it. You're part your father's genetic material and part your mother's... by that logic extended, your grandparents share a quarter, your great grandparents an eighth, and so on.
