My wife is 8 years younger than I and its working out great! We couldnt be happier! I do know a guy who married an older woman... 10-12 years older.. i forget... and she controls him like a puppet. Be careful either way.I guess you wont know until you test the water.

Yes I dated a 38 yr old when I was 17 we were together for about a year. We didn't tell anyone mostly because it was illegal and he was my dad's best friend. It did not work out. He went out too much and called me constantly from the bar and I had to go get him. Yes the sex was good but not worth keeping that secret and having to deal with a drunk all the time!!! But now I am dating a guy only 9 yrs older then me and the relationship is great all because we are open about our relationship. Secrets are no fun..

Yes I have dated alot of older men. Are you genuinely fond of this person or are you looking for something from this person. Why keep it a secret? If he's married then shame on him and you. No I am not married now. I was married for 20 years and my husband had several flings. I just wanted to be able to be a stay at home MOM. In the long run it cost me alot. But we still communicate. We have a 19 year old Son that we both dearly Love.How much older is he than you? I know there are more things surrounging this guy if you are asking questions.

I don't know how ppl would exactly classify dating over the net. But I was in a kind of friendship/relationship deal with an older guy. I totally had to keep it secret cuz my folks say I should focus more on school than on guys right now. And plus at 30 and of another race they wouldn't have liked that too much either. I wished it would have worked out, I'm still to young for the marriage ideal but it probably could have happened. And we are still friends today.

older man here with faince who is 20 years younger, it works great because we are compatible in many other ways. she has not kept it a secret even though some people have issues about it. Remember it is not the age that counts but the quality of the person and the relationship. We are getting married soon and she constantly reminds me how wonderful i am to her, it is very mutual for both of us

How much older? The guy was 30 and I was 21. No one knew but my best friend and it was a total waste of my time... If it has to be a secret it is not worth messing with. " I'll keep you my dirty little secret...No one has to know" Now I see that we were each others dirty little secret. You should be in a relationship where you can express your love not hide it away.

i dated an older man and i noticed there not the best for you we split because he stoped talkin to me and i dumped him there just so rude to younger ladies but some are good and me and this older guy are talkin but were only friends and were keeping it that way because im with a younger man now and im happy im with a younger man because he treats me so much better than the older guy did and yes i did keep it a secret that i was dating an older man and were not together anymore and everyone knows that im with a younger man because i tell people i didnt tell people when i was with the older man because i didnt know what they would of thought of me so younger are better

Yes Lord! When I was 19 I had a relationship with my 44 year old boss. And NO, my parents didn't know.
We got back together again for a while when I was 27, but it didn't work because by then I was looking for someone my own age.

When I was 17 I dated a 21 year-old and a 24-year-old. It didn't work out because they were way too immature and stupid for my taste. =)
