No! Some people may have flunked out but some just pick up on improper english from who they hang around and what they hear at home from parents and other guest .

Why can't you use proper capitalization instead of all lowercase letters? Probably the same reason people cannot use proper english. It is hard for them or they just choose not to do so. Also, saying "People here" is just wrong. It also happens everywhere. It is a part of life, get over it.

I am quite sure that avoiding the use of capital letters when required and using the word "can't" would count as imporper English form.

some ppl here learned english as their second language so, it's
difficult for them to write proper english. Also, u can save time and space writing if u abbreviate.
