Do I straighting it with a hair straighting or some kind of cream or treatment?

for the greasy part, id suggest using a neutrogena facial bar (the transparent orange soap bars for $1.99 at Target) and use it on your scalp. it may sound funny, but the product that youd use to take oil off of the face can also apply to this. hope that works. for the frizz and waviness, id suggest using Biolage. its a good professional hair product that isnt very expensive and smells very nice

I had a similar problem. My scalp was producing too much sebum which was actually making it unruly. Try using a gentle shampoo and getting your scalp really clean. That way your hair might feel softer and less unruly.

Try a straightening iron to straighten it. Their used to be a product called straightening milk to help with it. I've had my hair do that after soaking in a tub with bath oil. a couple washes you might be back to normal. Try pantene and only wash your hair every other day.
