Does it take a while for the stuff to soak in, or could I bathe him soon after applying it?

I usually give mine a bath the day I am going to put treat on, then wait 2 days before batheing again

Read the package - it depends on the product. Generally, you have to wait at LEAST 24 hours...with Revolution, it is three days.

I use Frontline, and just to be safe, I do not bathe my dogs 3 days before or after applying.

You could also try contacting the company...sorry, you didn't say what product you used:)

Vet told me with frontline you can bathe them as soon as it.'s soaked in to the skin. (probably wait 4-5 hours to be safe) I am guessing you are like me and do not want to pet them or let onto the furniture untill you have given them a bath.

just like the one person said, I give my dog a bath BEFORE I put on the flea stuff
