This is a simple dish to cook for a romantic dinner of two.
You may need :
2 dory fish fillet ( can get at the frozen storage )
Butter
1/2 clove of garlic( finely chop)
milk
Slice cheese ( the type eat with bread )
lemon ( Optional )
some vegetables ( for boil )
How you do it ?
Marinade the fillet with pinch of salt and pepper leave it a while before grill it on the pan with little bit of butter.
As for the sauce, use the other pan put some butter and melt it and then put in the chopped garlic and stir for a while then pour in some milk and cook for around 30 sec . Afterthat one may put the 2 - 5 slice of cheese into it and stir slowly in low heat until thicken. Add in some salt and ground black peppercorn for taste.
Can serve the dish with a fillet and some boil vegetables. Put sauce on the grill fish.
p/n : Chicken Breast fillet also can be use to replace fish fillet.
Too much milk will make the sauce look watery.
you may add some lemon juice if you like creamy soury sauce.
Lastly Hope You Enjoy It !

Here's a delicious, easy dessert for you to prepare:
Strawberry Angel Food Cake
1 storebought Angel Food cake, torn into bite sized pieces
1 (8oz.) package no fat cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) container light whipped cream
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 lbs. fresh strawberries, sliced
With electric mixer, mix together the cream cheese, whipped cream and powdered sugar.
In a large clear glass bowl, layer half of the cake, spread half of the cream cheese mixure over that, then half of the strawberries. Repeat layers, ending with strawberries.
