If you intend to take pictures (portraits) for money then you intend to start a business. The first step would be to form an LLC or Limited Liability Corporation. You can find information on how to do this through your states government website. You will also need to file papers for taxation. After you've done this you need to figure out how to advertise. I suggest using the free advertising in your local supermarket.

you don't. if you are a serious photographer, you would lose all your money at one point b/c someone would accuse you of pornography or child abuse or something.
the home is not the place to do "children's photography".

Either you have not made your question very clear or you phrased it wrong..I do not know, it could be possible. In any case, it sounds suspicious. Why children? From my point of view...that question does not set just right, my advice to you is seek psychiatric help...before it is too late!

I would not bring my kids to a photo shoot in a private home setting. Smells of something .......this is a new era. 30 years ago it would have been ok not now.
