Why do dogs run off when you blow in their face but when you take them in a car they like to stick their face out the window of a car while its moving?

Yeah, I noticed this with my dog too, when I blow in his face he puts his ears back and runs away. It's funny because sometimes he puts his paws up on his face and starts wiping it off! and you should hear him whimper -- he's like a little puppy! :-)
And same here about the wind in the car window, loves it, salivates all over the place and washes the windows with drool :-)
OK, don't really have an explanation.. great question.. maybe has to do with the smell. When they're in the car they like all the new smells they're getting, it's like watching a movie for them, a wonderful experience. I wonder if it cools them down too, but I'm not sure that's how dogs cool down ... that could be another Yahoo Answer question.

because thier like that i mean come on common sence if someone blew air in your face what would u do? tell them to stop but if you where in the car and its hot couse dogs get hot easier than humans can and its just naturall a dog doesent like that and neither would you.

well wen u blow in there face it mite be warm but wen they stick there heads outside its cold air and wen u breathe on them its ppl bretah and they r not used to it
