i was thinking maybe really short layers on top and choppy layers elsewhere
i was also wanting to like get it colored in an emoish way.......like maybe dark brown almost black (I'm afraid black may be to harsh for my skin tone) with random blond and caramel chunks in it.
does anyone have any pictures or suggestions?

Layers definitely work well with the 'emo' look. I'd say a diagonal fringe with a different colour underneath, and always straightened.

Dye your hair a dark color of blue or something - other than that your plan sounds pretty good.

i like the secound %of the hair which you fairly decide for <33 um i think of of a gentle shade on your dermis tone is physically powerful so i think of of you're in a position to prefer to dye it common yet i think of of the %. for the hair you opt for for on is #2 it might look good i think of of

dont do emo.. do your own style. emo is just a phase and it is already getting out of style. but hey if you really want to i guess do it.
