i have the oak to make a beer barrel but dont know how to make it i cant find any plans online can anyone help

First find a qualified cooper. Ask him if he would like an apprentice. Learn the craft for several years. Then make your barrel.

You must br seriosly bored. It would be a heck of a lot cheaper (and easier) just to buy a used one.
