As a women your cousin should complament her on the things she do and her beauty. Every women is different and likes different things. He should ask her what dose she like in a guy and if he matches the discription then he should try talking to her. Tell your cousin if she blows him off not to get mad which will be normal but to think that he cant make someone love him. So move on to the next 100,000,000,000,000,000 other women in the world!
