I got my hair dyed yesterday and its a kind of a light redish brown color.. i dont like it at all..i want to dye it a darker color..does anyone have an idea on ow long i should wait? or on a good color product..i would really want to dye it as soon as possible..:( im really unhappy with this color..

You can redye it today. I did it and just had to put a lot of really good conditioner on it as it dried out like straw.

If your hair is relatively healthy, I would say wait about a week then re-dye it. If your hair is unhealthy or easily damaged, you should put up with it for 4 weeks before you try again. I've dyed my hair twice within a couple of weeks. I think it's okay as long as you're not making it a habit, then your hair will start to look fried and won't color evenly. If you have real concerns, go to a salon instead of doing it yourself at home. Good Luck.

You could probably do it today, but keep in mind that the chemicals in hair dye are very harsh and the more often you dye it the more fried your hair will get. If you don't frequently dye, you should be okay. On a side note, the lighter the color of your hair, the better it will take the dye. Just go easy on the bleach.

You should wait at least a month. That way you don't damage your hair to the extreme. Also, after you do dye your hair dont wash your hair for 3 days so the color can hold.

competently 3 to 4 weeks for the date of your final dye. besides the undeniable fact that, as consistent dyeing would injury the condition of your hair, be optimistic to do some moisturising scientific care on your hair a million week thereafter your dye. That way, your hair will look gentle, healthful and the hair shade will stand out extra clever.

You should wait at least a week. Hair color is damaging so be very careful about re-dying it. Maybe you should go to a salon to have them correct it. They can probably recommend an alternative.

3 months if you don't want to wreck your hair..but you really should stop dying your hair yourself and go to a hairdresser..i know it's more expensive but you will most likely like your colour better and it's not so hard on your hair.

give it 2wks to settle down and recover, then do it again...unless its a semi permanant ..then you can do it in a couple of days
