If such a place exists(Hell) then I would rather go there then worship a God that would create such a place.

God didn't "create hell". Hell exists as a "place" absent from the presence of God.
WE produce offspring. Every individual is free to chose their own path in life. God's foreknowledge does not negate our free will.
God is not responsible for "sending people to hell". You as an individual send yourself there if you reject His Grace.

I think this is a person who is more interested in being thought clever than avoiding spending eternity in a very horrible place.

hmm. Good point, although wouldn't turning away from god then mean that you don't believe in god, and therefore don't believe in hell?
