I don't know. I don't buy coffee in a can except Cafe Du Monde and that doesn't come with one. You can buy coffee specific scoops and such at the store. Try World Market.

Some do, but the best thing is to keep one if you find it. I seem to have at least a dozen of them. If you have to, buy one and take care of it or if you buy canister of Kool Aid or similar, save the scoop from it. They are usually similar in size needed.

None that I've bought...some dumbass probably choked on one and sued Folger's. I bet my mom has about 500 of them in her kitchen drawer though (if you need one).
