What should you do, hmmm, move or deal with it. What did cats ever do to you to make you dislike them so much. Or is it that they beat the crap out of your dog. Maybe if you opened up your heart you could see why people own cats. So in short, deal with it or leave.

Why don't you move, why did you move in if you knew about the cats....most likely whoever you live with would rather have the cats than have you.

Cat's aren't so bad--it is their owners that can be annoying. Sounds like the cats were there first. I'd move.
