I dont think rice should be in israel or lebanon in the first place.

The idle UN has to deal with the situation not the US

Those rockets are larger, more expensive, harder to hide, require trained personnel to operate and can be easily traced back to the people who made them.

Besides, Hezbollah will be expending themselves fighting the peacekeeping forces. (Thus giving the Lebanese government a chance to get control of their territory back.)

If you remember the cease fire also includes the stipulation that the Lebanese army, with international support, disarms Hezbollah.
