I would say "moose." I think it is a collective noun, like "deer" or "elk" or "sheep" or "buffalo."
P.S. If you are not asking this with a Scottish accent, I mean. If you are referring to "mouse" and pronouncing it with a Scottish accent, the plural would be mice.
