Anything is possible, but you are asking a question out of practicality. I would assume it would not be practical to replace the radio out of your Mitsu with one from a Toyota.
You may wind up with amplifier problems and other communication problems in the vehicle depending on how new it is. In the end you will find it cheaper to replace it with an aftermarket alternative (which I don't recommend either), the best way is to replace it with a proper one from Mitsubishi.

The only way you would have a problem is if the Toyota came with a factory amp out a vehicle 2003 or newer, if there is no amp you would be ok, with an amp you wouldn't be able to do your conversion unless you you got the wires connecting the radio to the amp and all the wires on the out put of the factory amp, than tested them all or got the output schematic of the amp from Toyota( very hard to do) If the radio came out a 2002 vehicle and down you wont have a problem, if there is an amp you would need it. Even if there is an amp in the Mitsubishi you can still hack it in, you just need a different harness. You will need a couple of wire harness to make this happen one that goes in the Toyota and one that goes into the Mitsubishi's harness ( If there is no plug in the Mitsubishi than you don't need any Mitsubishi wire harness but if there is a Mitsubishi amp than you will have to wire around it ) .Metra makes all the parts you need. Here they are:
Toyota - 71-1761 (Into Toyota radio/amp)
Mitsubishi - 70-7001 ( Into Mitsubishi non amplified system)
Mitsubishi - 70-7003 ( Into Mitsubishi amplified system )

i dont think you can without some configs. if you have the double din deck i wont fit. the single din with pocket might fit, but you will need to get a pocket fo the mitsubishi and even when you get that it prolly wont fit. then toyota's pre amps are werid your better off getting an aftermarket deck. they are so cheap now.

continually - this is a minimum $50 high quality in keeping with guy or woman in a motor vehicle in CA. additionally there have many deaths that would have been prevented if the passengers were wearing a seat belt - surpassed off in my county final twelve months. edit - all 4 died whilst the motor vehicle went off the line. no belts on.

IF it will physically fit you will need some adapter connectors for the power and speakers.
