Hopefully each individual will learn from the past and not retrace its steps. Since I don't believe in deities I believe it is up to us - the human race - we screwed it up and it's our job to fix it.

Each and every one of us has personal responsibility, whether we like it or know it or not. At some point in either earth life or the after life we have to answer for our own thoughts, words, deeds. It is the natural law.

Yes, man will answer to God (If not before then at Judgment Day) for what man does, or does not do to other men.
