Christians have their churches, Jews their synagogues, Muslims their mosques, all of which provide an excellent social network if you don't mind checking a few choice synapses at the door. What organizations or groups can you suggest that allow non-believers to come together for discussion, socializing, networking, and general camaraderie?

I don't think there are many, since atheists are such a minority. That, and while many atheists have similar philosophies, the only unifying characteristic of atheism is a disbelief in god. It's not a religion.
There are a few organizations that are secular:
International Humanist and Ethical Union www.iheu.org
American Atheists www.atheists.org
Council for Secular Humanism www.secularhumanism.org
American Humanist Association www.americanhumanist.org
Freedom from Religion Foundation www.ffrf.org

If those aren't your cup of tea, I would try internet forums. The ones I'm on are:
www.happyatheistforum.com
www.whywontgodhealamputees.com/forum

You can also just google "atheist forums" for some of the larger ones.

Honestly, you'd think there was no such thing as the secular world sometimes.

The vast majority of places and events where people get together for discussion, socializing, networking, and general camaraderie are secular. Schools, libraries, the mall, movies, restaurants, book clubs, the golf course, Monday night football, hockey!!!!, the old guys at the swap meet, poker runs (vroom vroom). If you have an interest, there's a pretty strong chance that there are people getting together over it.

No atheism isn't a faith; it actually skill with out god/ gods. Agnostics are religious no longer non secular. i will't talk for all atheists or any agnostics yet for me, i think in the two a sort of issues. i think of that's ignorant to have self assurance Earth is the only planet, interior the huge depths of the universe, with clever life. For the magical, i do no longer probably have self assurance in heaven or hell yet i think that there ought to be ghosts. i assume that's greater of a private concept than one that ought to be backed by technology, that's nice. however the way I see it, is human beings do no longer come decrease back from the ineffective so who's to declare there is no longer something greater or diverse once you're long previous

OMG - some people jsut love to say the word hell and to act all holier than thou and tell everyone they are going to hell because they are hateful. Anyway, many orgs. are secular. You can look them up to determine if they are or not.
