Not all warrants. Yes, some do though. Depends on what type of warrant you are talking about. Traffic , yes usually about 7 years if you have no other incidents in that period of time. Now, for felony vehicular manslaughter, no, there is no statute of limitations. I wouldn't chance it though because yes, other states that are pretty close to your home states (like a tri state area) will check for out of state warrants. For example, California will check all states that border it like Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and a lot of times, Texas too. :)

Yes but if you can settle your case without you being there and pay your fines it will be let go but for DUI or DWI or drugs then your out of luck , you have to hire a lawyer to handle case with out you being present if you dont want the time but license could still be suspended for a certain period of time, plus there might be a bench warrant already if case has been tried already.

I have one from CO. I lived in TX for awhile. I now live in NM. I am just F'in careful. I know you can't just go get another liscence. I am waiting it out the 7 years. It's been three for me so far.

If you hire a lawyer . . be careful . . I got way ripped-off. She did nothing. Got only half money back . . she chalked itall up to phone calls she made to DMV and such little trivial B*llsh*t. Maan . I made those same F'in phone calls. She did nothing I didn't do ! ! ! Practically. She made it worse by setting a date . . then cause I pressured her to accomplish something . . .withdrew and didn't represent the court date so now I probably have THAT as a no show . . F*ck ! F'in lawyers . . .F'in better off without em.I'd like my $1200. back that's for F'in sure ! Yeah, . . .$1,200.00 . . You Saw That Right .
