Hi, Ju-c,
What most people (especially women,) find is that as they get older they know their bodies an awfull lot better than when they were younger. They are also alot more comfortable with their own bodies.
Knowing and being comfortable with your own body is one of the keys to a great sex life, so obviously as you get older this will improve.
The other key that I have found is that as you get older, things that wern't said before because of embarresment or lack of knowledge can come out alot more freely. This is because we are more mature and goes back to knowing yourself better.
Also physically, it has been proven that women hit thier "peak" at about 35 yrs old. With guys its about 18!!!
I guess that what I'm trying to say is that mostly, sex gets better with age. We have never stopped learning and as far as sex goes thats never been truer, so just enjoy things and keep on exploring.

It depends.If you have kids it`s much more relaxed when they have left home,so all the things you could`nt do when they were around,you can now do again like when you were first together.By then you have much more time for each other and you are also more adventurous.We could`nt walk around naked when the kids were at home,now we can and lots of times it leads to sex,in fact I`d say I get more know than I ever did and it`s a 100% better.I`m 52 and my husband is 56 and we have both greatly improved over the years,but he still surprises me with what he does.

It's not age, it's your sexual partner that determines whether it's better or not.
If you ever get the chance to meet your perfect companion, you will see sex in a completely different light.

I am 68 and have a healthy and good sex life with my partner ,and there are no worries about unwanted pregnancies or transmitted diseases,as he is completely faithful.Enjoy

Age doesn't really come in to it, the more confident, relaxed, special and safe you feel with your partner then sex becomes better with time not age!
