i wont use ny types of gel .rarely use dryer .n a week-end shampoo.is thr any other way ,other than chemical to help me from my sticky hair.

i'm thinking if your hair is "sticky" you need to wash it.... everyday...

It sounds like you have hair spray build up. Most shampoos only Cleon your hair and don't remove the build up. Try a deep cleanse every few days. Like Salon Selectives (Daily Clarifying). There are many other brands. If this dose not work you really should try going to a hair salon and ask for help.

I agree.... if you don't blow dry and don't use mousse or gel or anything in your hair, then you might just need to condition it. Conditioning makes the hair soft and easy to comb. I have very thick hair and I canNOT go without a conditioner or I'll pull my hair out trying to brush it.

ur hair produces oils and u need to wash it 2 times a week.

What do you mean by "sticky?" Do you condition it? It's more important to condition than to shampoo.
