I don't mind. I happen to like pickles but I was just wondering why.

Pickles have to be cured in an acid solution, we call it marinades, and it is basically vinegar, olive oil and spices, mostly dillweed is used, (hence the name Dill pickles) some also have garlic, coriander seed or onion, so the scent will linger way after your meal. You can brush your teeth soon after the meal or find someone to kiss that ate the same thing, Pizza breath is delicious.

Probably because you have difficulty digesting pickles (and cucumbers).
