Software for Printing?

Hello,Im wondering if anyone knows of what software is used for online tshirt printing.I seen a website where a person can design there own tshirts(Printing/Graphics etc.) and the company will send you what you created.What software is this?

If they print the shirt and send it then its any software you want. I use CafePress and I can use the word processor or paint program that came on my machine.

Of course for fancier results you can use fancier programs but its still any paint program you want. There isnt a special "tshirt" program.
