Geez, I hope a long time.

We have a friend that has a home in Cancun and every time he goes down he brings us home a bottle of tequila. We'll never drink them all!! OK, everyone to my house for Margaritas!!

LOL, seriously, I think with alcohol the shelf live is probably forever.

Hard alcohol (above 20%) has a pretty long shelf life. Changes in alcohol taste involve continuing fermentation and oxidation. The high alcohol content in tequila will slow this down considerably. Booze should be fine for years. Maybe not decades, but years should be OK (assuming you have a good cap on the bottle. Hope you aren't drinking the stuff with the sombrero of a bottle cap. It won't matter if that goes bad, it already is bad. But I digress).
