Try eating a little snack in between breakfast and lunch, and then again between lunch and going home - it will keep your blood sugar up. Or you can always try coffee... I don't like coffee, so I used to drink soda for caffeine, but I didn't want the sugar and calories, so I bought caffeine pills ( I know that sounds bad) but I break them into 4 quarters and take 1/4 of a pill (equal to half a cup of coffee) if I get sleepy. It's not dangerous and there are no calories or sugar.

This is actually a pretty normal aspect of the Circadian Rhythm, and you're not alone (why do you think most Spanish speaking countries take a nap (siesta) through the afternoon?). Best thing I can suggest is try to be a little more mobile during these hours...even if it's as simple as running documents to another office, going to the restroom on a different floor (and take the stairs), or something like that--not sure where you work or anything, just going on the general office environment...But yeah, just try to move around as much as you can within the constraints of your job until it passes.

Try drinking lots of water. Odds are, you are dehydrated. This happened to me a couple of months ago. I never would have dreamed I was dehydrated. I would drink water when I was thirsty, and never ever have any soda, believe it or not, way too much sugar. Anyway, my Dr. told me I wasnt getting enough h2o. He said to drink water all day, before you get thirsty. By the time you feel the urge to drink water, your body is so low that you can easily become dehydrated, wich leads to fatique, headache, and a bunch of other stuff.
