healthy society does "what is right" and it make take hundreds of years to 'prove' that it was actually the right thing.
Otherwise, -we have social re-engineering experiments that include gender equality and Social Security, and affirmative action, etc.
These social experiments have no track record of success and if history proves itself once again, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions", and boy-o'-boy, we have plenty of good intentions, -with no recognition of "un-intended consequences".
I could go even so far as to say, it may spell the doom of America / USA as we know it now. Civil war or financial collapse

It is difficult to be fair in this question for the definition that you are looking for, "unhealthy vs healty" is a moral and value issue.
Everyone has different values and morals as it relates to their own sense of right and wrong. Cultural influences, ethnic influences, economic, financial, even geographical location can bring with it a different view of what is "right".
However, from a very broad perspective, a healthy society is a society that is "in balance". The wages, the cost of living, the inflation, the mechanisms that keep local, state and federal governments moving without debt.
If you are looking for the "moral society", healthy vs unhealthy, well then that is where the problem is. With every human comes a set of experiences, cultural, ethnic, academic, and simply life that will determine the "rights" and wrongs of how to act, what to do, etc. Conflicts then arise creating the problem, that is the EXACT REASON, laws are enacted. To provide a line or a standard for conduct.
For example, in the early 1950's up until 1960 or so, we were in a healthy society. The government was economically sound, the nation was productive and working. Crime, as a result of work was relatively low and there was a consencus of respect and safety. I won't expect that the gender roles would be acceptable today, but it was not something that caused a problem. Watch shows like Andy Griffith; Mayberry, RFD, or some of the old black and white sitcoms and movies. It really was like that to a very large degree.
For an unhealthy society, simply pick up today's paper or listen to the news. Now compare the two.
For a healthy society each and every one of us, including me must do all we can to be fair with each other, treating each other with respect and to view our differences as a positive to learn rather than a negative to fight over. You have good ideas, I have some, they have some and the ones we don't agree with, that;s ok, let's talk about them, maybe we will learn just a little more about the idea, and from there can resolve the problem. Isn't that the goal in the first place?.
That doesn't mean we can't still hold to our own opinion, it just means we will learn something and have just one more way view life.

what do you mean by "health"?
I suppose a healthy society would be one that is vibrant and growing. And an unhealthy one is one that is not vibrant or vital and is not growing. Unfortunately, this is one of those things that can only be looked at properly from the future - in other words, we can tell when the Roman Empire was in decline, but I'll bet if you asked any Romans of the time, they'd disagree with that assessment. Until the barbarian hordes overran the cities, anyway.

In a healthful society: human beings take duty for his or her very own movements, they understand human beings's modifications, they help others because of fact they'd, they think of for themselves, they snicker, they artwork, they do no longer attempt to run different peoples' lives, they carry about about somewhat of injury.

I'm not sure that health can be applied to the term society. It's like culture...is it a good culture, or a bad culture...it's just A culture.

Healthy society puts God and his will first. Where can you find that today? They are all falling short.
