Was your hair dyed blond? and was your jewelry Gold? I would suggest going to a hair salon and a jewelry store.

Is your hair color-treated or bleached? If so, it probably reacted with chlorine or other chemicals at the spa. You need to neutralize those chemicals, and it will probably take a professional's help. The first thing I'd do would be to bring it to the attention of the manager at the spa. (You should have done that before leaving, actually.) If they can't help you, see your hairdresser. As for your jewelry, that depends on what it's made of. If it was good stuff (14k gold, for instance), take it to a jeweler to be cleaned. If it was just costume jewelry, chalk it up to experience, and don't wear jewelry in the spa next time.

I think by a spa you mean a hot tub? If your hair is green it is because of the chlorine, go to the drug store and buy swimmers shampoo, it will wash the green right out. If your jewelry is ruined, it must not have been real gold, AHHH!! I bet it was sterling silver!! Go buy sterling silver polish and that will take care of it.

Chlorine, huh?

Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo. If that doesn't help, then you'll need to get a chlorine remover like Aubreys or Redken.

For your jewelry, use a soft toothbrush and baking soda to remove the tarnish.

are you blonde? it means the chlorine level was too high.
just wash your hair a few times. It takes a couple of days for the tint to get completely out.
I don't know of a way to fix your jewelry.
