An annual celebration of the start of your coven is a great idea. It is fortuitous that it fall on a full moon, this ensures most members will be there. One way to honor the anniversary would be to read the coven bi-laws, give thanks for each other, and ask for Her continued blessings.

Brightest Blessings )O(

I just read the above 2 answers and I am with them all the way ;)

Oh the horrid answers you are getting. I'm sorry luv. Listen, I suggest a stone soup. Have everyone bring something to put in the pot (cauldron?) over the fire. And a special stone, do you have a special altar stone? Or a crystal. Wash it off good before and after of course. Then, while it's cooking, have a thanksgiving ritual, and sitting around rememberhing all the great things you've done as a group for the past year, and then when your stone soup is done, eat it up. It's a celebration of the corn moon (abundant harvest) and a celebration of your coven's unity (everybody working together to make the soup). And its energized by your special crystal or stone. Keep it for next year.

I would go with traditional Corn Moon Celebrations. Renew your herbs, bake special corn cakes to honor the God and Goddess. The energy of this moon as you know is gathering and harvesting....think about the things you are reaping in your life. Decorate with Sunflowers and marigolds, colors of the warm sun. Some people make onion and garlic braids to celebrate the Corn Moon, the energy of the newly collected garlic can protect your house for the winter. It is a time to celebrate, try a Harvest Themed celebration. Blessed be!

Hm... I would guess that when your coven first started you did some kind of 'initiation' ritual for the coven to affirm your being a coven and a family. Perhaps you could modify that original ritual as an affirmation to the God and Goddess of your commitment to them and their ways? Like a coven re-dedication? And of course--- LOTS OF FOOD AFTER!!! LOL

Repent, get on your knees and with fear and respect ask God whom created you and the earth etc. to forgive you in Jesus's name. Don't wait for the "celebration"-do it now!!!! Do not let the devil trick you into a false/rebellious religion. He only confuses people to upset God because he knows he is going to hell. Do not be his puppet pretty! You and God both deserve better. Be sure to pray in Jesus's name. It gets the demons away. Just reading the Holy Bible out loud is stronger than any magic could ever hope to be. Pick it up and cling to the word. Pray that God helps you to understand it through the Holy Spirit.

On the night of the full moon, bury a frog outside your bedroom window. Then go to the highest hill and urinate in a circle three times. Not much of a celebration, but it will rid you of warts.

Thats great! I like the idea of having a rededication ceremony... I don't know what tradition you practice, but maybe do your full moon rituals like you normally do, and have a rededication as your working... maybe have a birthday cake! :)
