Because the first Adam sinned we all have the sin nature passed on through the mans sperm. The Messiah as a sign had to be born of a woman (no man's sperm) conceived of the Holy Spirit. Jesus was born without sin nature.
All have sinned some where, some how. Except Jesus. He was tempted like the first Adam, yet without sin (When He was led into the wilderness to be tempted of the old snake & Satan.). He was the sinless Lamb of God. Because of that, sin & death could not keep Him in the grave (the wages of sin is death). He rose up victorious for us. It is only righteous that because the first Adam all sin & die, that the Last Adam (and those born of Him) that everyone be born into everlasting life. Jesus is the first born of the dead. He rose from the dead. He has the keys to hell & hades & those in Abrahams bosom went to heaven. Jesus sits at the right hand of God with all authority & those that are born of God sit at the right hand of Jesus Christ with authority over spiritual wickedness & sin.

People think that because Adam sinned, they were born a sinner. I don't believe that is true. Jesus came to attone for the sins of man. Every man, including Adam. If this is the case, then Adam's sin is forgiven, thus allowing us to be without original sin. Yes, we are all sinners. No one but God and Christ are perfect. That is why Christ died for us, that is why he went through the pain and sorrow in the garden of Gethsemene. He didn't do it just for himself, he didn't need it, he was perfect. We were the ones that needed it, and in so doing, has given all of us a chance to repent of our sins. We are not born into sin, we don't sin until we know what a sin is.
Those versus in the Qu'ran sound more like what I believe then what most christians believe. Yes, I'm a christian, and believe in Christ, but I don't think that a loving, caring God would let us be born sinners. It just doesn't make sense.
When Adam was in the garden, him and Eve stood before God and made commitments to each other and to God. Adam was forgiven of his sin by making the commitments he made. Yes Adam and Eve were sent from the garden, but it was for their betterment. They had to learn in this life and have trials to learn the good from the evil, right from wrong, all the other opposites you can think of.
We are not sinners in this life until we can recognize and understand sin. This is why, in my church, we don't baptize babies. They are without sin. They don't understand what sin is, they can't comprehend their actions, or what is right or wrong.
Those scriptures you gave just show that we, as humans, aren't perfect and we need help to get back to Gods presence. No matter what God you believe.

You have to understand that any writing, any book, any scroll...whether written 5000 yrs. ago, 2000 yrs. ago, or yesterday's press...are "inspired" pieces. Some contain facts & historical events, some stories/parables...it is the reader who finds what he/she needs or wants from them & then leaves the rest...it is the reader who makes the choice to use, or not, the information.
The Bible, in it's original state, was a perfect work of literature...a true classic by design...however, it has since been horribly maimed and many parts (about 67%) hidden away by the powers that were & are...quite a tragedy, to say the least.
It is equally important to note that the editting was done by fanatics of power/religion of their times...what's the best way to power? Fear...and so, all of the fear-based atrocities added to the original works were done for reasons other that the initial intent of the authors.

The bible says the same,
Deuteronomy 24:16 - The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
2 Chronicles 25:4 - But he slew not their children, but did as it is written in the law in the book of Moses, where the LORD commanded, saying, The fathers shall not die for the children, neither shall the children die for the fathers, but every man shall die for his own sin.
Yet all still have sinned?
It doesn't say anywhere in the bible that being married is a sin. Sex is not a sin when your married. Some people get this idea from Psalms 51:5, but that is just interpretation. The laws in the bible, or the laws of Moses never says the act of sex is a sin. If you sleep with someone who is not your spouse, than that sex act is a sin. Otherwise you are fine.
Hebrew 13:4
4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
Funny but the Doctrine "Original Sin" is not a doctrine in the bible.
bibleontheweb.com do you research on the word, you will not find it in the bible.
Adam indeed sinned, and we all have been uncapable of not sinning except for Jesus.
Romans 1:4 - And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
Jesus was the Son of God, this gave him the abiltiy not to sin. As for the rest of us, we are earthly and sin. Jesus was spiritual, and sinned not!
1 Corinthians 15:
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy;
the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
Adam was Earthly, we are from Adam. Jesus was Spiritual, and bared the image of the Heavenly. If we believe in him, we will also!
The bible never says, sin pasted through the sperm of man, Jesus was born from the seed of a woman or without a mans sperm, but that is not why he sinned not. That was a sign, to show us who is the Messiah. It never said, that because he was not from a man's sperm that he is without sin. As a matter of fact. The bible refers to him, as the SEED OF DAVID. Mary had a father, and through her father or his seed he is from the seed of David. Luke ch. 3 is her lineage, Matt 1:1-17 is different its the lineage of Joseph. Both were of the Seed of David, given him right to the throne.
Romans 1:3-4
3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; 4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
Acts 13:22-23
22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave their testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will. 23 Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus:
Luke 1:31-33
30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. 31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. 32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
Although, Joseph wasn't his earthly father, he still belonged to Mary's Family and her line or her Father's line, which is of the Seed of David.
