hi, I'm a junior hs student who's supposed to in college by now. Since we moved here in the US, I had to go back two grades down which is the reason why I'm still in high school. Now, i'm planning to go back the my country to take a special exam called Philippine Education Placement Test Certificate of Rating (PEPTCR). By passing PEPTCR, I will be allowed to continue to college immediately. Once I pass the said exam, I'd like to study in philippines because it is way cheaper. Now, my question is, has anybody heard of a person who was in the same situation as mine and was given a re-entry permit due to that reason? And is expediting re-entry permits legitimate? I would also want to know if I can go home without the permit after I recieve the notice of its approval, because i've heard people saying that the immigration office could just send it to any us embassy. thanks
