Anyone who says not to fight a speeding ticket never got a speeding ticket. And anyone who tells you not to speed doesn't drive. On most roads if you drive the speed limit you'll get hit from behind.

Anyway, you should get this book on fighting traffic tickets. It's got really good information to help you fight the ticket. http://www.informationsourcebookcom/trafficticketsecrets

Good luck.

You fight it if you feel that the office was wrong in issuing the ticket. But on what grounds are you going to fight it? You just admitted you were doing 65mph in a 50mph zone. You just confessed to a few thousand people. So go pay your ticket. If you can't afford it then ask the just for other options (i.e. payment arrangement, traffic school, etc.)

Son, that's basically impossible in NYC. You can't fight a speeding ticket in no part of New York, cause the feds out here is madd strict.

You don't. Just pay the fine & watch your speed more carefully. Also, check your mirrors often for police vehicles. Police usually drive Crown Victorias & aren't hard to spot. Don't stomp on the brake either. Take your foot off the gas & coast slower. It does the same thing & saves wear & tear on your brakes.

attempt getting a solid criminal expert, in case you do not have the different previous offenses, you're able to get out of it. despite if, it must be greater much low cost to pay the cost ticket, then to pay the criminal expert!

just pay the fine. theres no way you can fihgt this unless you had an emergency, but it sounds like you didnt. so pay up, instead of wasting the courts time and have to pay.
